Cluster Response Range Description
Promoters 9 - 10 Consumers that make repeat purchases and promote the brand through a positive word of mouth.
Passives 7 - 8 Consumers that may make repeat purchases only if convenient and are not enthusiastic about the brand. They are a lost opportunity.
Detractors 1 - 6 Consumers that may make repeat purchases only if convenient and may even damage the brand reputation through negative word of mouth.

The HBR lists multiple pontentially applicable questions that measure consumer loyalty and predict profitable growth. Since the samples were not purchased, multiple questions from the list were asked to ensure repeatability of results. The questions and their NPS are:

  1. I would put more of the falvour and add some spice

  6. Add flavor. Currently it's very bland. Seems like low salt too.

  8. A little extra stuffing of beef would improve the product. The crust was a bit soggy as well, may be less layers of crust would help.
